Regional Sales Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- As part of the regional management team will assist in the creation of the overall regional sales strategy.
- Will direct all activities of the sales, marketing activities for Ontario through sales team.
- Identify, hire and coach new sales staff to ensure personal and professional success.
- Advise on standard pricing for products; determine pricing on all customer work, establish pricing guidelines
- Establish and monitor department budgets
- Direct staff to meet or exceed sales goals
- Develop inter-department relationships between sales, engineering and manufacturing to ensure products are designed to meet customer specifications
- Support collaboration between sales, engineering and manufacturing to meet goals
- Conduct market analysis and research to identify potential markets and guide product offerings
- Work with sales team in a "hands on" fashion, requiring frequent travel with sales team
- Strong leadership of sales team to ensure morale and overall departmental productivity is met
- Evaluate staff objectively and address challenges and shortcomings in a timely and effective manner.
Experience and Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred
- 10 - 15 years Sales Experience with a minimum of 5 years in management
