Regional Sales Manager, Ontario Region

Position: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Ontario Region
We are recruiting an Regional Sales Manager to sell the value of our products in the Ontario Region. The successful candidate will perform a wide variety of duties, including but not limited to:


  • Develop and manage internal and external business relationships
  • Lead a sales team
  • Establish long and short term sales plans and goals
  • Produce forecasts and pricing strategies
  • Negotiate complex contracts and special pricing arrangements, when required
  • Take an active role in managing a sales territory of special accounts
  • Maintain AIL’s core values and high service standards
  • Build on our reputation as a trusted advisor in the industry

Education and Experience:

  • Post secondary education in business or civil engineering
  • 6 to 10 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • A minimum of 2 years leading a sales team

Additional Skills:

  • Your experience has advanced your business acumen including the ability to develop and manage realistic budgets
  • You have a clear understanding of strategy and risk management in decision making
  • Your solid communication, interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong business relationships, complements your ability to motivate and develop others
  • You are good at executing win-win deals, contributing to the success and reputation of AIL as a trusted advisor in the industry 
  • You can put together and present clear, concise and credible business presentations
