Effective December 6, 2019, AIL International Inc, a New Brunswick Corporation and member of The AIL Group of Companies, completed the sale of Atlantic Bridge Inc (Delaware) and the operations of Big R Manufacturing LLC (Colorado) to Contech Engineered Solutions (Ohio), a QUIKRETE Company.
Contech and Big R are highly complementary organizations. Their combined strengths will offer advantages for both Big R and Contech customers.
