Economical caissons, deep foundations and more
AIL’s CSP is available in a variety of sizes, corrugation profiles, thicknesses and coatings to suit virtually any vertical application. It offers the optimum combination of strength, flexibility and performance. It will not crack under impact loads or vibrations due to the inherent strength of steel and the flexibility of the corrugated pipe section.
AIL’s CSP is engineered to suit a wide variety of vertical applications
Our CSP is fabricated with a sinusoidal corrugation to provide increased strength of the steel conduit. Thinner gauge corrugated steel pipe delivers an equivalent stiffness to much thicker smooth wall steel pipe. This efficiency of raw materials provides a large cost savings to the end user. Deeper corrugations allow for a larger range of pipe diameters, increasing the construction applications for vertical pipe. Larger vertical structures can be constructed with AIL’s structural plate products.
AIL’s CSP is available with a variety of coatings to provide extended service life in harsh soil conditions: Galvanized (Standard), Aluminized Type 2 (75-Year), Polymer-Laminated (+100-Year). Your AIL Representative can help you determine which coating is best for your project.
AIL’s CSP is manufactured with Canadian steel to CSA Standard G401-24 at our facilities located across Canada. Available with full engineering support and field service.
